Steve Reid

Steve Reid is the owner of Stonewall Title Company and a partner at The Reid Firm, bringing more than four decades of legal and real estate experience to the clients he serves. Having practiced law in Granbury since 1984, Steve combines extensive professional knowledge with a longstanding commitment to Hood County.

Steve earned his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in 1983 and his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 1984. His career includes advising buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and business owners on real estate transactions, financing, and business matters. He helped establish Stonewall Title Company in 2007 alongside his wife, Robbie, and became its sole owner in 2019.

Community service has been an integral part of Steve’s career. He served on the Granbury City Council for 13 years, including multiple terms as Mayor Pro Tem, and has provided legal counsel to municipalities throughout the surrounding area. His involvement has also included service with local organizations supporting education, history, the arts, and community development.

Steve views his work as a calling and values the opportunity to help clients find practical solutions to meaningful challenges. Working alongside his family and the Stonewall team, he remains committed to personal service, lasting relationships, and the community he has served for more than 40 years.

Managing Director

Pamla Reid

Pamla “Pam” Reid serves as Managing Director of Stonewall Title Company, where she oversees daily operations, team development, and the client experience. Working alongside her husband, Sam, and her in-laws, Steve and Robbie, Pam brings a personal commitment to the family-owned business and the Granbury community it serves.

Pam holds a bachelor’s degree in Leadership Studies from Texas A&M University and is a proud Aggie. Before beginning her title career, she spent five years in the service industry as a corporate trainer. After marrying Sam in 2017, she moved from her hometown of Houston to Granbury and began consulting for Stonewall Title, helping the company adopt new software and improve its processes. She joined the team full-time as Director of Support & Strategy in 2018 and became Managing Director in 2019.

Her work centers on supporting the people behind each closing—equipping the team, improving processes, and helping clients feel welcome and informed. She values lasting relationships and believes thoughtful service starts with a team that feels supported and takes pride in its work.

Outside the office, Pam enjoys spending time with Sam and their two children, Matthew and Hannah, traveling, and cheering on the Aggies.

Robbie Reid

A resident to Hood County since 1986, Robbie has watched the city of Granbury and surrounding communities grow rapidly. Through working in different areas of the Mortgage industry for 8 years, it was only natural that she and Steve open Stonewall Title Company alongside Roy and Donna. Robbie has been married to Steve for 31 years and is a mother to 4. She enjoys a good book and a cup of coffee with dear friends when she has the opportunity and looks forward to ensuring our business takes care of you!

Escrow Officer

Shauna Williams

Leading the next generation of Title Professionals, Shauna is a welcomed asset to Stonewall’s Escrow Team. With years of prior Title industry experience in Hood County as well as 2 years with a local mortgage group, Shauna is perfectly positioned to serve Hood County’s next generation of clients. Recently, Shauna has been promoted to Escrow Officer and is enjoying growing her own book of business in the community. When not at the office, you may catch her around town with her dogs Charlie and Cara or at local events, painting faces- a hidden talent or snuggling her newborn with her sweet husband, Chance! Her other hobbies include repurposing furniture, riding bicycles, drawing, and painting.

Lauren Hutton

Following a 7 year career in Customer Service and an additional 7 years in the Real Estate Industry, Lauren has made the jump into the Title world. A long time Granbury resident with family history dating back to the early 1900’s, having deep ties to the community is what makes serving people her passion. Her mother is a local realtor and her grandfather was the first President of the Granbury Association of Realtors back in the 1970’s. Lauren is a proud mother of two kiddos and 5 dogs, making her a busy lady. She and her family enjoy being outdoors; kayaking, swimming and enjoying community activities year round.
